It includes complete instructions how you can set up this server by yourself, using a new (clean) VPS. I cant find this in the server.cfg file, the only thing I find is the rcon-password. We dont want a bunch of randoms to connect. ArenaSH Launcher is a small application runs the exact launch command you see in this page when you click JOIN.
