Here’s a full list of fairs, art, music and community festivals from May through Labor Day: COUNTY FAIRS The Lakefront Festival of Art on the Milwaukee Art Museum grounds and the Locust Street Festival are both back this year for the first time since 2019. Summer 2023 brings the opening of festival season to the Milwaukee area with the return of some community festivals that have been on hiatus.
